Before relocating to San Francisco, I utilized The Event Consultants for a few business & personal events.
I always knew their services were amazing, but didn’t realize how hard it would be to find a comparable event planning company here in SF. Granted there’s plenty here, but it’ll take plenty of time to find a new company to work with. This place always did great organizing affordable djs, entertainers, etc. They’re very honest here. That’s something that is sooo rare these days.

I hired Dj Dani for my parents 40th anniversary party. She arrived promptly on time with all of her gear. She actually ended up rescuing the party. We had a video slideshow of my parents through the years, and when we turned it on, the sound wasn’t working. Without hesitation, Dj Dani started quietly playing her music in the background, making it seem as though the soundtrack was part of the DVD. She went above and beyond, and several of our guests commented on how wonderful the dj was after the party was finished. We will look to the Event Consultants for our future events.

What a great organization!! I was extremely happy using them for my wedding last year. They booked my harpist, videographer, and photographer! All were excellent, but I was most impressed with Annie, the photographer. Looking at the pictures again recently – could not be any happier.
