The Mombasa Dancers
We are comprised of three dancers and two drummers. We represent West African Dance, primarily Senegalese. Our dances include Shangaan a High Life style dance depicting the welcoming of the high priest, Broken Bottles and an audience participation segment with the guests showing them how to move to the beat of the drums.
We have performed at major events such as San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, Nickolodean Studios, Disney Studios, and Dreamworks Animation Studios. We also performed for Lion King doing opening performances while they visited Los Angeles.
We have performed at numerous corporate events too many to mention. We are authentic with lots of energy and will make any event spectacular.
